What I collect, what I use it for and how to ask me to delete it. No small print.

Who I am
This site is run by Delbis Fernández, based in Tadley, Hampshire, England.

What I collect
From the contact form: your name, your email, your company or brand if you give one, which service you are interested in and the message you write. I use it only to reply to you.
From the marketplace waiting list: your email address and nothing else, to let you know when it opens.
From analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records in aggregate which pages are visited, from which country and on what kind of device. It does not include your name or your email.
I collect nothing in any other way. This site has no user accounts and builds no profiles.
On what legal basis
When you write through the form, I handle your data to deal with your own request.
The marketplace list and the analytics cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers the form messages to me. Google Analytics measures visits, only if you accept. Your messages land in my Gmail inbox.
None of them use your data for their own purposes, and I never sell or pass your data to anyone.
Some of these providers sit outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, so your data may be handled in the United States under the transfer mechanisms the law provides for.
How long I keep it
Messages from the form stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and at most two years.
Your email on the marketplace list is kept until the marketplace opens or until you ask me to remove it.
Analytics data is kept by Google for the period set in the tool itself.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all until you accept them.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_P5HLKXLKYK cookies to tell visits and sessions apart.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage. That is not a cookie, and it is what stops the question coming back on every page.
You can change your mind whenever you like through the "Cookies" link in the footer. If you reject after having accepted, the analytics cookies are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to your data, for corrections, for deletion, to restrict its use, to object to it being handled, or to send it to you in a file.
Write to fernandezdelbis069@gmail.com and I will reply within the legal period of one month.
If you think I have got it wrong, you can complain to the supervisory authority: the ICO in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk) or the AEPD in Spain (aepd.es).
Children
This site is aimed at brands and at an adult audience. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If the way I handle data changes, I will update this page and the date shown above.
